Sue Bowler

Sue's love for balloons began in 1990, and she has been dedicated to this craft ever since. She started with a small home-based delivery and decorating business and quickly gained expertise as a balloon artist. With her passion for learning, she earned her Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) designation and began competing in industry events like the International Balloon Arts Convention (IBAC).

Today, Sue is a respected freelance industry educator, where she shares her design skills and knowledge with balloon artists worldwide. She also writes The Very Best Balloon Blog, which she has been maintaining since 2011. Sue remains an active freelance balloon artist, designing decor for all occasions, from large-scale events to elegant weddings and mini balloon sculptures.

Sue's extensive skillset has made her a highly sought-after artist. Her creations have become profitable for balloon businesses worldwide. Her dedication was recognised at the World Balloon Convention in 2010 when she received the first Golden Light Award, a prestigious honor in the industry named after Linda Bruce.
