Class Details: The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with a basic but essential industry background that is necessary to understand core theories and be able to apply fundamental techniques to create commercially viable balloon decor designs.

This qualification will:
1) Focus on the study of commercial Balloon Artistry within the creative Balloon & Party industry to give sufficient knowledge to pursue a career in the industry or the basis to progress onto further study

2) Introduce a basic core understanding of the balloon industry including resourcing & using materials, tools & equipment

3) Provide opportunities to acquire fundamental technical skills & knowledge to develop balloon designs to commercial standards.

NCFE, one of the UK's largest awarding organisations and educational leaders in vocational & technical education has approved BAPIA to now offer accredited Customised Qualifications. NCFE are recognised by the Qualification regulators for England (Ofqual), Wales (Qualifications Wales) & Northern Ireland (CCEA Regulation).

This LEVEL 1 - BEGINNERS BALLOON SKILLS AWARD is a bespoke (unregulated) Customised Qualification developed to meet the specific needs of learners for the Balloon industry.
